Our money-back promise, and how cancellations work. Last updated: 8 August 2026.
The short version: if the notes aren't right, tell us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you — no quibble. After that, because the notes are yours to keep and use for the year, they're non-refundable. Live grinds are refunded pro-rata for the part of the term not yet taught. Just email info@mathslive.ie.
We want you to feel the full course was worth it. If it isn't right for the student, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid — no quibble, though a line on what didn't work is always appreciated. After that 14-day window the notes are non-refundable, because they are digital content you keep and continue to use for the rest of the year.
Your 14-day cooling-off right. When you buy online you have a statutory right to change your mind within 14 days under Irish and EU consumer law. For digital content that you start using straight away, some businesses ask you to give that right up at the checkout. We don't ask you to waive it. You keep the full 14 days on the notes, which is the same window as our own money-back guarantee above — so whichever way you look at it, you have 14 days.
Live grinds are separate and more generous again: you can withdraw at any time and we refund the weeks not yet taught, as below. Nothing here removes any statutory right you have as a consumer.
If you have booked live weekly grinds and need to stop, you can withdraw at any time and we will refund the weeks that have not yet been taught, pro-rata. Weeks already delivered (including any you didn't attend, since every grind is recorded and available to watch back) are not refunded.
Where Mathslive notes were included free as part of a Revise.ie grind or bundle, there is nothing separate to refund for the notes; the grind itself is covered by Revise's terms and refund policy.
Email info@mathslive.ie or call 086 065 9817 with the name and email used at purchase. We aim to reply within a few working days and to process approved refunds back to your original payment method within 14 days.
