Who we are

Mathslive.ie ("Mathslive", "we", "us") is operated by Reviseonline Limited, registered in Ireland, company no. 418387. You can reach us at info@mathslive.ie or on 086 065 9817. Revise.ie supervised study is a separate service with its own terms.

What Mathslive provides

Mathslive is an online Maths learning service for Junior and Leaving Cert students. Depending on what you buy, it may include: the written course notes and worked examples (the "full course"), practice exam questions, and live weekly online grinds delivered through TrainerCentral. Some material, such as the algebra notes and the points calculator, is free to use. We describe each product and its price on the site at the point of purchase.

Buying, and who the contract is with

Most of our students are under 18. Where a student is a child, the purchase is made by, and the contract is with, a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and for supervising the child's use of the service. Payment is taken securely through Stripe; we do not see or store card details. Prices are in euro and include any applicable tax.

Your account and access

Access to the notes is personal to the enrolled student. When you buy, you give the student's own name and email — that is where the access link is sent.
You log in through a private link. It works on up to two devices (for example a phone and a laptop) so that access can't be shared around.
Access is for the individual student who was enrolled. You may not share your link or account, resell access, or use it on behalf of anyone else. We may reset devices or withdraw access if a link is being shared.

Included Mathslive notes with a Revise grind

Students who book a maths grind or bundle through Revise.ie receive Mathslive notes access included free. Those same access, sharing and acceptable-use terms apply.

Our content is protected

All notes, worked examples, questions, videos and materials on Mathslive are our intellectual property or are used under licence. They are provided for the enrolled student's personal study only. You may not copy, record, download beyond normal personal use, republish, share or sell any of the material, or make it available to others. Doing so is a breach of these terms and of copyright.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Mathslive lawfully and respectfully, not to attempt to gain access to areas or accounts that are not yours, not to disrupt or interfere with the service, and not to upload anything unlawful, harmful or offensive. Where the service includes any messaging or feedback feature, it must be used only for its purpose. We take child safety seriously — please read our Child Safeguarding Statement.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and the material accurate and up to date, and we add to and improve it over the year. We can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may occasionally need to take it down for maintenance. We may update, add to or withdraw individual materials, and we may change these terms; the current version is always the one posted here.

Refunds

Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our responsibility to you

Mathslive is a study aid to support a student's own work; it does not guarantee any particular exam result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law, or our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
